"Holy Toledo"

Holy Toledo is a prophetic phrase that has long been spoken over Toledo. We believe this phrase can become more than a familiar expression—it can become a picture of what we are praying and believing God will do in our city.

The resources are already here. The people are already here. The hunger is already here.

Toledo is home to a remarkable and diverse spiritual community—churches, ministries, nonprofits, faith-based businesses, recreational clubs, outreach organizations, and individuals who are actively working to make a difference in the lives of others.

At the same time, there are countless people throughout the area who are hungry for God, searching for community, looking for meaningful relationships, wanting to serve, seeking a church home, or simply asking the question, “Where do I go?”

This is the landing hub that bridges the gap between God's people and the local opportunities to strengthen their faith journey.

Before Jesus commanded all His followers to “Go and make disciples of all nations.” (Matthew 28:19), He spoke a prophetic word over His first few disciples and invited them to join the movement: “Follow me, and I will send you out to fish for people.”

— Matthew 4:19

When we accept the invitation and follow Jesus together, we can begin to see the prophetic phrase “Holy Toledo” become more than a saying—

but a testimony.

Our Vision

We see Toledo becoming a city where people encounter the love, truth, and presence of Jesus through a unified "Church."

Toledo becomes a unified spiritual community where "The Church" works together to reach people, serve the city, disciple believers, and make Jesus known. When "The Church" comes together, our collective reach becomes greater. Our communities are served more effectively. Resources can be shared. Relationships are strengthened. The Gospel can move beyond individual congregations and into neighborhoods, schools, businesses, families, and communities.
